Kelly graduated from Dartmouth College in 2012 and now works as the Director of Food Education at Butter Beans, Inc. While at Dartmouth, Kelly was an Environmental Studies Major and extensively involved in shaping the Dartmouth Sustainability Office and sustainability community of today. Leehi Yona is currently a junior at Dartmouth. She is an Environmental Studies Major and last summer was awarded an Inaugural Stamps Scholarship to work on Arctic Issues and to participate in conferences on international Article policy, scientific research, and civic advocacy. Kelly and Leehi will reflect on and share their experiences as youth delegates at the most recent Convening of the Parties at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Lima, Peru. Key questions will include: What role can young people play in international conversations about climate change? How have recent COP conferences and other international discussions around climate been or have not been effective? How can Dartmouth community members get involved and play important roles in creating international momentum on climate change policy?

This café is brought to you by the Porter Family Fund, the Dartmouth Sustainability Office, the Upper Valley Sierra Club, and the Dartmouth Environmental Studies Program.
