The Dartmouth Organic Farm is a hub for hands on learning at Dartmouth. It is home to an educational working garden, sites for faculty research, student research and independent projects, classes, a stunning landscape that serves as a backdrop for social events of all kinds and an ecosystem that engages students in learning about sustainable food and energy systems.
Climate change is the great challenge of our time and part of facing this challenge will be identifying and responding to the needs of a society while recognizing the limits of the natural world. The Dartmouth Organic Farm provides a living laboratory to understand these challenges in context.
