The Hornig Environmental Studies Library is named in honor of Prof. James F. Hornig, a founder of the Environmental Studies Program and Chair from 1974-1992. The collection reflects the mission of the ENVS Program, to provide an opportunity for undergraduates to assess the seriousness and complexity of environmental problems and to understand how to search for solutions to these problems.
The library catalog is available on computer in the Hornig Library. Circulation is self-service and instructions for checking out materials are available in the library. Should you need assistance or have questions regarding the library, please contact the ENVS main office at (603) 646-2838.
