Sarah Cuprewich

Ph.D. Candidate - Chaudhary Lab

I am a PhD student in the Chaudhary Lab studying mycorrhizal dispersal and ecology. I earned my MS in forestry from Purdue University, where I researched the effects of prescribed fire on oak regeneration and chipmunk-mediated mycorrhizal spore dispersal. My interests also include disturbance ecology, mycorrhizal spore traits, and mammalian mycophagy. When I'm not training my dog Marla to hunt for truffles, I like to spend my time reading, cooking, and hiking.
