"What Frozen Things Do in Summer: Implications for Greenland, Antarctica, and Future Sea Level"

Antarctica and Greenland contain enough glacier ice to raise global sea level by 200 feet, and so it is critical to understand how polar glaciers are responding to climate change. In this lecture, we'll discuss how Dartmouth researchers are tackling this complex problem, review the latest findings from the front lines on the ice, and understand what it means for sea level rise in the coming decades
